Privacy Policy

This page explains what personal information this review site collects when you read it, why we collect it and what you can do about it. We publish independent reviews of online casinos. We are not a casino, we do not hold player accounts and we never ask for payment details.

What we collect

Most visitors give us nothing beyond what their browser sends automatically: IP address, device type, browser version, the page they came from and the pages they open here. We use this to see which reviews are read and to keep the site working.

If you write to us by email, we keep the message and your address so that we can reply. We do not ask you to register, so there are no passwords, usernames or profiles to protect on this site.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies to remember basic preferences and to measure traffic in aggregate. Analytics reports show us totals, such as how many people read the bonus section, not who they are.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them, although some convenience features may reset on each visit.

Links to casino operators

Buttons on this site lead to the operator we review. Once you click through, you leave our pages and the operator's own privacy notice applies to everything you enter there, including your email address, ID documents and payment details.

We cannot see what you type on the operator's site, and we have no access to your account there. Read the operator's notice before you register, as the account is held by them and not by us.

How long we keep data

Email correspondence is kept for as long as it takes to deal with your question and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you follow up. Aggregated traffic figures are kept for trend reports and carry no personal identifiers.

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with the service providers that host the site or supply analytics, and only to the extent they need it to do that job.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Write to us using the contact details shown on the site and tell us which email address you used so we can find the correct message.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can raise the matter with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, which handles privacy complaints under Australian law.

Age and responsible use

This site is written for adults. Online gambling is restricted to people aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you believe a minor has contacted us, tell us and we will remove the message.

Reading a review is not a recommendation to gamble. Treat every deposit as money you can afford to lose.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page when our tools or the law change. The latest version is always the one published here, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised wording.
